Refund Policy – Aegiscare 365

At Aegiscare 365, we value customer satisfaction. While we provide advisory and educational guidance, the final outcome depends on the tools and policies of third-party service providers (email, printer, or network).

Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund if:

You were billed but did not receive any advisory support.

The issue was clearly outside our advertised service scope.

A technical error on our side caused a disruption.

The support session was not completed to your satisfaction.

Refund Request Process: Please email us at support@aegiscare365.com within 7 calendar days of your session. Include:

Full name

Date and description of the issue

Reason for your refund request

Our team will review each case based on service logs and technician notes. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Aegiscare 365 provides advisory support. Resolution success is subject to the recovery features and policies of the respective service provider.

Currency & Billing Information:
All payments for our advisory services are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Charges will appear on your billing statement in CAD, and any applicable conversion fees (if you are outside Canada) are handled by your payment provider.
